I greatly enjoyed my 3-night stay. the breakfast was satisfactory, and the location was marvelous, with the hotel conveniently situated near restaurants. It was also relatively close to tourist spots like the Niagara Golf Trail.

The breakfast had plenty of food and it was very good. The staff were really good! The setting of hotel was excellent, close to the down town area.

very comfy bed in the queen room, plus a refrigerator, an air conditioning, and iron and ironing board. paid $ 101. really good, welcoming staff, very good breakfast. exceptionally nice and excellent setting, really close to many restaurants and shops and shopping centers. also, close to the down town area.

This hotel features a beautiful and cool bedroom, an impeccably clean bathroom, and is conveniently located near the downtown area.

The room was a large size and liked the indoor pool. The location was good.

The room smelled awful and the bathroom ceiling was covered in mold. The window was also cracked.

We truly enjoyed our stay! the location was magnificent, and the rooms were immaculately clean and absolutely perfect. We also explored Waves Indoor Waterpark, which is a great attraction located just a short distance from the hotel.

Close to the Buffalo airport for an early morning flight

Breakfast was OK but closes sharply at 9. We stayed only one night so didn't matter much.

The receptionist in the evening was nice but the one in the morning was not friendly.

The poor signage on Transit Road. We had to back track to find the place as there is nothing to indicate that it's set back from the main road. Better signage required.

Price and location. For the money spent and the location that is so close to the airport. Best of all, there is also shuttle bus to the airport as well. Good for a short trip such as week end shopping etc.

Washroom has everything needed, but it is kind of old and if it is renovated to be newer, doesn't have to be expensive stuff, but newer it would have even more attractive to many short trip travellers from Canada.

This hotel has a fantastic location, just a short walk from the airport and shopping centers.

Nothing nasty place

This was the nastyest gross place I have ever stayed my father is blind thank god. The bathroom had peeling paint on the tub gross stained washchothes and towels big stains on the carpet When I called to complain they were rude I would have just left but my father is also a diabetic and he needed to be at the airport at 7am and I live 2 hours away

we liked the breakfast in the morning, promptness of the shuttle drivers to and from the airport.

the hotel room was not sooooo nice, we pulled both bed sheets back for sleeping and there was dark hair on both beds, the beds sheets had not been changed from the last guests, yuck. the toilet and tubs were also nasty with hair, the rooms needed cleaned, that is the best we could have asked for.
